This online health plan comparison tool ("Tool"), is licensed by the Massachusetts Health Connector (the "Health Connector") from Consumers' CHECKBOOK, a division of the Center for the Study of Services. Consumers' CHECKBOOK, the Center for the Study of Services ("CSS") may be referred to collectively in this document as "we/us/our". This agreement states the Terms and Conditions under which you may use this Tool ("Terms of Use"). By accessing or using this Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

The content contained within this Tool and its associated web pages are presented by Consumers' CHECKBOOK with the intent of providing public service information on consumer health plans and health-related topics. Consumers' CHECKBOOK Privacy Policies

Cookies

Consumers' CHECKBOOK uses "cookies" to maintain your access privileges during an online session. We evaluate site usage by analyzing user information in the aggregate, in a way that does not identify any individual user. Occasionally, we may identify an individual user's activity when such user is logged into their Health Connector account and is having difficulty navigating the Tool, but only for the purpose of restoring such user's access issue. Please note that you must accept cookies in order to use this Tool. The aggregate information we collect is never used by third parties for marketing or tracking purposes.

Information logging and Storage

Consumers' CHECKBOOK uses Google Analytics to collect and store the minimum amount of information from the Tool's website usage that is necessary to provide a user-friendly experience, improve this Tool's effectiveness, and analyze utilization and resource requirements. Google Analytics collects information sent from your browser, including the URL of the page you're visiting and your IP address. Google may also set cookies on your browser or read cookies that are already there.
